thanks for the response.. we are almost full and anyone else will have to go on a waiting list.
We are almost at out self-imposed limit of 40 active members and while we do have all of the boaters for now we are looking for around 2 more co-anglers.
Co-anglers can still own a boat and may in the future get moved to the boater side but right now we need co-anglers so all of those that want to be boaters can fish as boaters all of the time.
We fish every other Thursday daytime out of Oak Ridge Marina.
We are a fish friendly type of club. Our co-anglers fish with a different boater every week until they have fished with all 24 and then they start over. We generally fish around 22-26 tournaments a year.
Being a co-angler in our club is a great way to learn Lake Fork and to be taken to spots and shown techniques and baits that will catch fish here.
Boaters and co-anglers are opponents but generally help each other out so that everyone is catching fish and having an enjoyable day. We "paper" the bass, releasing all and recording so the slot fish do count. E-mail me at [email protected] for info further info.
