Colorado ash interior, floor to ceiling custom stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and an open floor plan with incredible lakeviews make this house THE hottest around!
Sit in a rocking chair under the covered porch or two covered balconies, cook out on the outdoor patio with gas or charcoal grill, or roast marshmallows in the outdoor stone fireplace. There is an ample amount of room on the property to play catch or get a football game going. Its a great place for a family get together with plenty of outdoor space to have crawfish boil or fish fry! For those of you that don't have a boat, fishing is available right off the dock. The sunsets on the lake are spectacular and the stars at night truely ARE big and bright on this coveted, stunning lakefront property!

Master Bedroom #1 - Downstairs: King ranch-style bed with exquisite linens and plush memory foam mattress. Multiple windows with stunning lake view.
Master Bedroom #2 - Upstairs: Queen size bed with equestrian themed bedding and futon with thick mattress. French doors lead to a covered balcony with an incredible view of lake. Plenty of extra room available for multiple air mattresses (provided) for additional sleeping arrangements. Upper covered balcony deck to relax on.
Bedroom #3 - Upstairs: Americana themed, Mahogany twin daybed with trundle. French doors lead to a covered balcony with lake view.
Bedroom #4 - Upstairs: Antique twin sleigh bed with vanity and shabby chic decor
Living Room - Comfortable sofa, loveseat & plush recliner (a favorite of many)

The newly remodeled kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group. However, if cooking is not your thing, you can visit one of the several local restaurants for some good home cookin'. Every direction leads you to one of the small outlying towns such as Quitman, Mineola, Emory, Golden, and Yantis. Each town has various festivals, fairs, and other festivities throughout the year. We are approximately 25 miles from
* 2 night stay - $400 per night
* 3 or 4 night stay - $350 per night
* 5 nights or more - $300 per night
* Holiday Rate - $450 per night with 4 night minimum.
* Plus applicable lodging tax of 6% and one time cleaning fee of $125
**$25 per night for each additional guest over 6, 12 years and older
$650 additional deposit required (refunded within 45 days upon inspection of the property)
The advance rent payment required to confirm and secure your reservation is one-half (1/2) of the gross rental rate, the cleaning fee, and occupancy taxes plus $650 deposite. The last half is due within 45 days of the rental date or you can pay all upfront.
