TPWD reports that Lunker Bass are starting to show up at the weighing scales.


Congrats to Jerrod Miller of Springtown for entering the first Elite Class bass in the new Toyota ShareLunker program. This 12.79lb lunker was caught in Marine Creek Reservoir. .


Aaron Hernandez of Kyle caught his Lunker 9.1 pounds, 24.75 inches from Lake Dunlap near New Braunfels

Lake Fork Fishing Report from TPWD (Jan. 17)

Water stained; 39–43 degrees; 1.17’ low. Black bass are slow on lipless crankbaits, suspending jerkbaits, and black and blue flipping jigs near timber along channel swings. White and yellow bass are fair on slabs. Crappie are good on white jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
