This secluded, gated, propery is located on the east side of Lake Fork, near the east Hwy 515 bridge, directly across the lake from the public boat ramp. There is a private entrance off of FM 515.
This roomy location includes 2 bedrooms & 1 bath; a king bed in one and a queen in the other (linens provided). There are 2 pull out sleeper sofa's in the living room. The kitchen is fully furnished, complete with microwave & the all important coffee pot. This will accomodate 8 adults.
There is a private floating dock/barge on the lake you can tie up to.
We have DirecTV, a battery charger, access to outside electric & plenty of room for parking. And, we just finished a ramp up to the porch for easy loading/unloading!
Rates start at $75 per night (based on double occupancy) through the end of March. Rates will increase to $85 beginning April 1, 2012. Each additional is $5 per night up to a maximum of 8 occupants
