Beautiful waterfront lot in the highly sought-after subdivision North Shores. This lot is at the end of a cul de sac putting it out towards the end of a peninsula. The owner has added a retaining wall of large rocks recently. Once you build your dream home and of course an amazing boathouse you will never want to leave! With the tall mature trees throughout, you will not believe how peaceful this setting will be. Sit back and watch the large number of deer in your yard every day from your front or back porch! Bring your floor plans and fishing poles and start living the dream of Lake Life!
