*Brand New* Stable View Cottages is conveniently located in Yantis, just off of TX. Hwy. 154 and only 3 minutes from the public boat ramp. We have 5 tiny houses that feature a large back patio with charcoal grill and seating overlooking our equestrian facility, Lake Fork Stables. We also have two "hotel" rooms if you don't need a full tiny house.

Each tiny house includes a full kitchen, queen size bed, bathroom, full size futon, desk area, WiFi, and SmartTVs with Netflix. The hotel rooms include a queen size bed, desk area, SmartTV with Netflix and bathroom.

Add farm fresh eggs to your stay for $4 per dozen. We also offer horseback riding. Contact for details or book online.

Tiny houses: $120 per night

"Hotel" Rooms: $80 per night

$50 pet cleaning fee

Lake Fork Fishing Report from TPWD (Feb. 19)

FAIR. Water stained; 51-52 degrees; 0.05’ low. Largemouth bass are fair on crankbaits and chatter baits in warmer water in creeks. Pre-spawn bass activity near creeks and brush near the shoreline. White and yellow bass are fair in deep water under bait schools. Crappie are good on jigs and minnows around structure 20-30’. Catfish are fair on prepared bait and cut bait.
