Five Points Lake Fork--a rustic, private, waterfront deluxe cabin on 3 private acres--has everything for your fishing weekend, couples' weekend, family vacation/reunion, girls' getaway, rehearsal dinner, retreat or bridal/wedding party.

Check out our rustic retreat, with its open concept LR/DR/kitchen and expansive upper and lower back porches. The boathouse--with window A/C, poker table, pub table, futon, microwave and mini-fridge--has an expansive dock, 1-stall boatlift, and fish-cleaning station.

The spacious log cabin is nestled in quiet No Name Cove. Boathouse. Located just minutes from several towns makes the cabin the perfect home base for antique shopping; plus, the World-Famous First Monday Trade Days in Canton is only 30 miles south. The guys can fish while the girls shop 'til they drop!

The Colorado ash interior, floor-to-ceiling custom stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and open floor plan with incredible lake views make this cabin one of the best rental places on World Famous Lake Fork. Whether you choose to sip iced tea (or wine) on the back porch, take your boat out on the lake, or roast marshmallows in the outdoor stone fireplace, you'll feel stress just melt away. We have horseshoes and corn hole available.

Enjoy the well-lit pathway to the boathouse with tree lights, or tell stories under the Edison-bulb lights on the back porch and patio area. Sunsets on the lake are spectacular, and the stars at night are big and bright!

With the wall of French doors, you can enjoy the lakeviews from inside. Play games, enjoy free WiFi, watch cable on DirecTV, or snuggle up while you watch a movie. Family bonding time has never been better.

The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a butler's pantry w/beverage fridge and all the appliances, pots and pans and cooking utensils you need to prepare meals. Lake Fork

Fishing Report from TPWD (Jun. 22)

GOOD. Water Stained; 75 degrees; 5.99 feet low. The crappie bite on Lake Fork has been just a little bit finicky this past week. Best depths have been 13-23 feet with fish in brush and suspended on laydowns and trees, or holding on the bottom of underwater bridges and road beds. Minnows are still the go to bait and the smaller the minnows the better for finicky fish. Same goes for your hand ties and soft plastics. Downsizing can make the difference between a slow day and a stellar day in the heat of the summer. Report provided by Jacky Wiggins, Jacky Wiggins Guide Service. Bass are good with 3/4 ounce shaky heads or football jigs in green pumpkin and orange or June bug in 14-25 feet of water off drop-offs or channel swings. Carolina rigs are good in the same areas with a 10 inch blue fleck or LFT ring fry in bluegill color good in 15-25 feet of water. Deep crankbaits are decent over long points and channel swings. DD -22 in chartreuse and blue, TW Ghost chartreuse and blue good over 18-23 feet. Report by Lake Fork fishing guide Marc Mitchell and Jason Hoffman, Lake Fork Pro.
