Fall Farm Country Inn is a boutique inn with four private rooms/suites in the main homestead and a 2,500 sq ft retreat on the same property. Located just 6 miles south of Lake Fork - making sure each guest is comfortable and able to enjoy the simple luxuries of country living. Private bathrooms, luxurious robes, custom bath toiletries, wireless internet access, a pool and spa, a covered pavilion with swings, and a country gourmet breakfast are included in each stay.

The inn offers four private rooms/suites in the main homestead, each uniquely decorated and designed for guests to enjoy.

The Fall Suite is an open-room style suite on the upper level of the farm house, and features a king-size mahogany bed, a shower in the bathroom, and a private front balcony with a swing.

The Patrick Suite boasts two spacious rooms on the upper level of the house, and includes a king-size bed plus a twin loft bed, an optional full bed in the den/library room, a small refrigerator, a shower/tub combination in the private bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the back acreage.

In addition to its four guest rooms/suites and spacious common areas in the main house, Fall Farm is home to the Red Oak Retreat center - a 2,500 square foot multipurpose unit for family gatherings, retreats, or daytime meetings.

$189-$379 Per Night. Rate varies per room/cottage and the season.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Aug. 10)

GOOD. Water Stained; 84-88 degrees; 7.31 feet low. Bass continue to be shallow early in the morning in 1-4 feet of water on windblown points biting topwaters, and shad patterned square bill crankbaits. Mid morning the bite transitions to big wood in 5-7 feet of water using shaky heads with Xcite slim X in June bug, red bug are best. Carolina rigs are good in 12-16 feet of water on ridges with 7-8 inch worms in watermelon candy and June bug. Report by Lake Fork fishing guide Marc Mitchell, Lake Fork Pro. The bass fishing is slow with most catches in 1-6 feet of water and in 18-25 feet of water on points using shaky heads. Sand bass are fair in 14-16 feet of water.
