While fishing in the Lake Fork Anglers tournament on 10/5 Gene caught this beauty on a drop shop. The fish measured 24 1/2" and on our chart showed as a 9.12 lb but when weighed was actually over 10. Our charts used as average weight.

Lake Fork Fishing Report from TPWD (Feb. 12)

FAIR. Water stained; 52-54 degrees; 1.65’ low. Largemouth bass are good on crankbaits and chatter baits in warmer water. Pre-spawn bass found near secondary creeks and windy side of brush near the shoreline. White and yellow bass are fair in deep water under bait schools. Crappie are fair on jigs and minnows around any structure. Catfish are fair on prepared bait and cut bait.
