One of the prettiest 60 acre wooded tracts you'll ever see. A substantial part of this property has been mulched/cleared of all underbrush creating a park like setting. Dam site for 10-15 acre lake has also been cleared. As many homesites as you can dream up. Part of an old farm being sold that has not yet been re-surveyed or restricted so acreage could be changed. Located between Royal Oak Estates and The Links at Lands End in the heart of Lake Forks most desirable area. Just a couple minutes away from the lake in several directions. Electricity/water available at road. The strips you see in the aerial photo are rows of grain planted for the wildlife. PLEASE CALL FOR PERMISSION TO ENTER PROPERTY.

You can click on the map to open Google Maps in a new tab for directions and more.
