Very few waterfront homes on Lake Fork can boast about the views like this one! Originally this home functioned as a single-family residence with some offices at one end that housed a real estate company during the early infancy of what is now world-famous Lake Fork. When the current owners moved in, they remodeled and converted living areas and offices into bedrooms creating the very popular lodge named the Bass-n-Breakfast. After many successful years and life changes it is time to morph back into a great single-family waterfront home. With simple modifications you'll have 3 to 4 bedrooms with plenty of space for a game room, media room, and a great room. And of course, there is still the cozy 2-bedroom master suite with full gourmet kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen that grants extra privacy. Outside? Loads of parking for everyone, 5 covered boat slips, a boat launch, and outdoor fireplace. The challenge will be...what do we do next! All the toys you'll have to enjoy Lake Fork will be secure in the 40' x 80' metal building. You'll never see a neighbor while relaxing shoreside on this magnificent property...come see what a distinctive and incomparable home this could be for you and your family! With over 750' of waterfront and even larger views, this wonderful gated family compound has everything for large extended families and plenty of friends.

Lake Fork

Fishing Report from TPWD (May 18)

GOOD. Water Stained; 75 degrees; 5.46 feet low. The crappie bite on Lake Fork is heating up more than the temperature right now. Post spawn fish are stacking up on timber, lay downs and brush this week in big numbers. They are hungry and will bite almost anything you drop on them. Minnows are still the best producer with hand tied jigs a close second. Best depths seem to be 10-23 feet of water. The next few months are the best months to load the boat with good eater sized crappie. Report provided by Jacky Wiggins, Jacky Wiggins Guide Service. Bass are good with an early morning topwater bite on points. Shad patterned spinnerbaits are working well in 1-4 feet of water on windy points and banks. Carolina rigs are very good on main lake points and secondary points. Lizards are good in 4-10 feet of water. Report by Lake Fork fishing guide Marc Mitchell and Jason Hoffman, Lake Fork Pro.
