Put your forever house here or build a vacation get-away and enjoy some laid-back hours in East Texas. This home site is relatively level with some very nice large shade trees at the road. There's a neighborhood-only boat ramp here for your use in a quiet neighborhood to call home. You are a short drive to Emory, Sulphur Springs, Canton, Winnsboro, Quitman and Mineola. You have two 18 hole golf courses within 10 to 20 miles and at least 4 major public boat ramps that are less than that. Picture your home here, build it and then kick back and relax for awhile!

You can click on the map to open Google Maps in a new tab for directions and more.
