Situated in a family friendly waterfront neighborhood on Lake Fork, this home is sure to go fast. Northshores is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the area with beautifully maintained properties, deer meandering throughout and some of the best neighbors you will ever meet. Located in a cul-de-sac towards the end of a peninsula, you can be out fishing in a matter of minutes in some of the best fishing spots on the north side of the lake. When walking through the front door your eyes will be drawn to the sweeping water views. This home was carefully designed to take full advantage of the views from almost every room. From the open-concept kitchen and living spaces to the large screened in porch and enormous back deck there is plenty of room for entertaining. Inside features a tastefully updated kitchen with crisp white cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and nice pantry. Stunning wood floors flow throughout the living spaces and the master bedroom. A sun-filled area off the kitchen with detailed brick fireplace is a perfect place to either use for an extra living space or a breakfast nook. Oversized laundry room with plenty of room for a freezer or would be a great place for a sewing/craft table. This meticulously maintained home is truly a move in ready home with a new roof less than 3 years old, freshly painted inside, sprinkler system that pumps out of the lake for the entire property, wood retaining wall at the waters edge and nice boat house. Don't let this opportunity to start living the lake life pass you by!

Fishing Report from TPWD (Jun. 22)

GOOD. Water Stained; 75 degrees; 5.99 feet low. The crappie bite on Lake Fork has been just a little bit finicky this past week. Best depths have been 13-23 feet with fish in brush and suspended on laydowns and trees, or holding on the bottom of underwater bridges and road beds. Minnows are still the go to bait and the smaller the minnows the better for finicky fish. Same goes for your hand ties and soft plastics. Downsizing can make the difference between a slow day and a stellar day in the heat of the summer. Report provided by Jacky Wiggins, Jacky Wiggins Guide Service. Bass are good with 3/4 ounce shaky heads or football jigs in green pumpkin and orange or June bug in 14-25 feet of water off drop-offs or channel swings. Carolina rigs are good in the same areas with a 10 inch blue fleck or LFT ring fry in bluegill color good in 15-25 feet of water. Deep crankbaits are decent over long points and channel swings. DD -22 in chartreuse and blue, TW Ghost chartreuse and blue good over 18-23 feet. Report by Lake Fork fishing guide Marc Mitchell and Jason Hoffman, Lake Fork Pro.
