Views...Views...and More Views!! Upon entering this well-maintained home, you are greeted with amazing views of Lake Fork from the massive windows in the living area and dining area. This home has a perfect layout with split bedrooms, open concept in the living room and kitchen...allowing for room to entertain any size group! The gas log fireplace with its stone front and gorgeous wood mantle goes beautifully with the vaulted ceiling and dark beams. This master bedroom is impressive in its size and has even more views...you will love the garden tub, nice shower and walk in closet in the master bathroom also. Guests will be more than comfortable while staying in these guest rooms down the hall off the foyer! Cooking meals will be a delight in this kitchen with so much counter space and ample cabinetry. Just off the kitchen is a charming sunroom, reading nook or it would make a great office space. This 2-car garage also has a good-sized area perfect for a golf cart (there is a separate roll up door for that) or it would a great workspace for projects. The owners have added a terrific screened in porch just off the massive deck, which has a pergola, perfect for watching the sunset over the lake in the evenings. Off to the side of the home is a shed that is ideal for all the yard tools, etc. Stroll down to the boathouse and you will see the well-built metal retaining wall and this boathouse does not disappoint either...with an enormous sitting area under cover...for those warm sunny days and a stall with boat lift. Needing more land for a shop?? This also comes with almost 1 acre across the street...build the shop of your dreams or even another home!! Take your golf cart across the road to the Lake Fork Country Club golf course and play a round! Inventory is low and there are few properties at this price point, so act fast...call to see this one ASAP!

Lake Fork

Fishing Report from TPWD (May 18)

GOOD. Water Stained; 75 degrees; 5.46 feet low. The crappie bite on Lake Fork is heating up more than the temperature right now. Post spawn fish are stacking up on timber, lay downs and brush this week in big numbers. They are hungry and will bite almost anything you drop on them. Minnows are still the best producer with hand tied jigs a close second. Best depths seem to be 10-23 feet of water. The next few months are the best months to load the boat with good eater sized crappie. Report provided by Jacky Wiggins, Jacky Wiggins Guide Service. Bass are good with an early morning topwater bite on points. Shad patterned spinnerbaits are working well in 1-4 feet of water on windy points and banks. Carolina rigs are very good on main lake points and secondary points. Lizards are good in 4-10 feet of water. Report by Lake Fork fishing guide Marc Mitchell and Jason Hoffman, Lake Fork Pro.
