There were 31members that braved the rain and threat of scattered afternoon thunder storms to fish today. A total of 174 Bass caught and released, including 7 lunkers over 5 lbs., of which 2 were over 7 lbs.

The Lake Fork Anglers (LFA) tournaments are two-person catch and release tournaments held every Thursday with an angler and a co-angler per boat.  Anglers compete against anglers and Co-Anglers compete against co-anglers.

Two club tournament formats are rotated weekly.  

• LFA – best 5 Bass over 10”
• Hard Core – all Bass over 10”

Members are mostly seniors, with membership  open to all persons who are physically able to fish and function independently. Information about club membership can be obtained by sending an email to .
