Rentals include exclusive use of waterfront + activities with a 2 night minimum 3 on major holidays. Note:

Rent the owners lodge. (Can sleep 10) $1295 per night
Add the Cowboy Cabin 2BR, one bath (can sleep 6) for $200 per night.
Add the bunk barn for $995 per night (can sleep 20+)

We are not a business rather a small ranch we share on limited dates. The ranch is built with the old west in mind and some re-purposed barn wood and barn tin but with modern conveniences like, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, granite counters with a butcher block center prep area.

Due to the limited offerings, there are no refunds for payments made. We will allow a one-time transfer of similar dates at no cost (ask for details). If you wish to tour the facility you may schedule an appointment. The cost is $150. If you book that is credited back to you. A credit card and DL is required to rent.
