Hey bass fishing fans, check out the below video to see the exact setup I use for lightweight texas rig fishing. There are many lakes that still have large numbers of spawning bass and the texas rig is the perfect lure for catching these fish. I like to cast this lure in 2-5 ft around shallow stumps and grass and slowly drag and hop the bait back to the boat. In thick cover I like to peg my sinker while in sparse cover I like an unpegged weight. For the best spawning bass action look for wind protected pockets that have a hard bottom.
